Create International is a trans-national ministry of Youth With a Mission (www.ywam.org), staffed by committed Christians who have completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS). Some have already done a degree in media or graphic arts, and some come with a heart for missions and a desire to grow in their media and arts skills.The first step towards becoming a full-time staff member is to successfully complete a YWAM Discipleship Training School (find out about the CREATE DTS here). Once you have finished your "DTS", you may apply for a staff position with us, where you will be encouraged to attend our staff training program called the School of Frontier Media (SFM). The SFM will train and equip you to use media for missions among the unreached.
We have ministry opportunities in the following areas: video and photography, digital video editing, art & graphic design, internet evangelism, website development, film directing, scriptwriting & research, audio recording and music.

Become a Create Volunteer / Intern
We are really excited about the possibility of you coming to work with Create International on a temporary volunteer basis. We believe that this could be a very fulfilling time of ministry for you and may help you to discover more about how God is leading you in the future. We also welcome interns who have practicum requirements for university programs. We are very thankful for your desire to serve the vision of Create International.Create International is a pioneering ministry and each of our staff functions in many different areas of service. In the same way, all who volunteer with us serve in whatever area is needed. There are always new things to learn and experience at Create International. We have internships available in the following areas:
1) Music Production
Try your hand at producing music for cross cultural video productions and for our ethnic and inspirational music library's. Work alongside our vibrant video production team! A knowledge of Sound track pro would be key.
2) Web/IT Internship
How would you like the chance to contribute to evangelistic website development for unreached peoples? Work alongside our IT team! A knowledge of Joomla and/or CMS would be key.
3) Video Editing Internship
How would you like to create evangelistic viral videos? Use your skill in Video Editing to make short films, that can influence millions of unreached peoples. Also come up with visual concepts to mobilise people to the frontiers. Final Cut Pro or Premiere would be helpful.
4) Animation Internship
Flash, ToonBoom, Photoshop and Illustrator - if you have understanding and skill in these - you can try your hand at short inspirational 2D Animations - that cause people to consider missions as a career and get people out to the frontiers.
5) Illustration Internship
Interested in Illustrating materials that will be used to present the gospel to the Unreached? We offer cross cultural expertise and a creative working environment. The best time for internships is Jan - March. And July to September. However we are open to negotiate other times - depending on our time frame for on-field production and the length of your internship.
